This model allows for individualized care of the students and interventionists

All team members are valued, regardless of duty or rank, therefore I will work hard to meet people at their learning level
Consultation Model: How We Will Work Together

STEP 1: Record Review
Once we have established a contract, the intervention team will share records. At minimum, the most recent Evaluation Report and Individualized Education Plan will be shared in a confidential manner.
Records are required 2 weeks prior to the observation day and will likely result in follow-up interview.

STEP 2: Observation Day
Once records have been review and data has been gathered, I will come for a full day of observation. This is limited to 1 or 2 students. The observation will allow for data collection to inform training recommendations and support strategies for the training day.

STEP 3: Trainings
Once the needs of the learner and the intervention team are determined; a minimum of 4 hours of training is provided. Training can be in a 4 hour block or 1 hour a week for 4 weeks.
Trainings will be open to then entire school staff and I will do my best to obtain OPI CEUs for attendees.

STEP 4: Coaching and Support
I will return for a full day to support the interventionists in the implementation of the recommendations and trainings. This will be done through coaching and modeling of intervention strategies.
